Prepare the sushi rice
- Make a marinade from the rice vinegar, sugar and salt, and use this blend to carefully marinate the cooked rice.
- Finely slice the carrots and radishes.
- Layer the ingredients in a glass: 2 tbsp. rice, a little sriracha mayo, carrot, sesame seeds. 1-2 tbsp. rice, wasabi cream, edamame beans. 1-2 tbsp. rice, radishes, sushi rice seasoning, cress.
