• 150 g sushi rice
  • 2,5 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 0,75 tsp. sugar
  • 1 small carrot
  • 3 radishes

  • 1 tbsp. wasabi
  • 3 tbsp. cashew nut butter
  • A little sriracha mayo
  • A little sesame seeds
  • 50 g edamame
  • Sushi rice seasoning to taste
  • A little purple cress (optional)
  • Soja sauce to taste


  1. Prepare the sushi rice

  2. Make a marinade from the rice vinegar, sugar and salt, and use this blend to carefully marinate the cooked rice.
  3. Finely slice the carrots and radishes.
  4. Layer the ingredients in a glass: 2 tbsp. rice, a little sriracha mayo, carrot, sesame seeds. 1-2 tbsp. rice, wasabi cream, edamame beans. 1-2 tbsp. rice, radishes, sushi rice seasoning, cress.
  5. Enjoy sushi-to-go in rice glasses with a little soy sauce when you're out and about.
