Breakfast Sushi


  • 200 g sushi rice
  • 2 tbsp. organic rice syrup

  • 5 tbsp. coconut milk
  • A little chocolate rice pudding spice
  • A little cinnamon


  1. Prepare the sushi rice.
  2. Thoroughly blend the cooked rice with the coconut milk and rice syrup in a large bowl.
  3. Leave to cool down a little.
  4. Lightly wet your hands (or Nigiri Maker) and form the nigiri.
  5. Add fresh fruit to taste. Enjoy!
