- Prepare the sushi rice
- Stir 2 tbsp. rice vinegar into the rice and leave to cool.
- Then form the rice into small balls and strips. Top these with vegetables (avocado, pepper, cucumber, carrots, courgettes) and wrap a nori sheet around each one. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Serve the sushi with pickled ginger, a little wasabi and soy sauce. Enjoy your sushi with these vegan nigiris!
